Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Optiwork Import (the “App”), provided by Optidata (“Optidata”, “we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App migrates files, folders and mailboxes from Google (Google Workspace and personal Google accounts) and Microsoft 365 into Optiwork Drive. The App reads source data with read-only access and copies it to the destination you designate.
2. Authorization and your responsibilities
- You must be authorized to migrate the accounts and data you connect, and you must own or have permission to access the source account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the configuration you provide.
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to migrate content you do not have the right to access.
3. Google account access
When you connect a personal Google account, you authorize the App through Google sign-in to read your Google Drive. Our handling of data received from Google APIs is described in our Privacy Notice and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.
4. Availability
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that migrations will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you are responsible for verifying migrated content.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optidata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
